4 stand-up paddle formulas, for novices or athletes ! 

 

Standing on you board, let yourself slide over the wter and discover the river from a new point of view!

The paddle in the river is an accessible activity. More physical than canoeing, this activity will tone your muscles and awaken your senses. Take the time to discover the many beaches and take a break. 

The Cèze is a wild, intimate and peacefull river that will recherge your batteries.  

With courses of 5 to 12km, you can also rent the stand-up paddle by the hour. Without transport, you can learn about a body of water with Amazonian air, at the foot of our base. 

Observation, relaxation and sport are on the program!

Half-day : from 2h to 4h

Les Pierres Bleues :

5km : 1h45 non-stop : Start every 30 min from 9h30 to 12h30

Les Rochers de St Gély:

7 km : 2h15 non-stop : Immediat departure from 9h to 14h45.

 

Day : 3h30 non-stop 

La Belle Saison

12 km : Start every 30 min from 9h30 to 11h30

 

Hourly Rental

Our advices :

Remember to take a bottle of water, a T-shirt to put under your buoyancy aid, sunscreen, closed shoes without laces and a bath towel.

La Cèze has an average temperature of 23°C in summer, 19°C during the spring. For more comfort, we rent Neopren wetsuits.
