1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The lessor SARL CEZE CANOES, 14 bis route de Pont St Esprit, 30630 Goudargues, RCS 53040830100014. The tenant is the major person responsible for the group who has read the general rental regulations and who undertakes to respect and bring back the rented equipment the day of the service. He undertakes, as well as his teammates, to know how to swim 25 meters and knowing how to immerse yourself, to be 5 years old, to wear the buoyancy aid, to have a civil liability, not to be under the influence of alcohol, to be informed of the weather conditions and on the water level. The material must be used with care. The lost or broken material will be invoiced to the tenant *. The rental company declines all responsibility for objects on board the boat (camera, glasses, watches, etc.)
CEZE CANOES rents equipment in excellent condition. The tenant agrees and his teammates to take care of the equipment entrusted to him. He is aware of the essential safety rules, namely:
Mandatory wearing of a safety vest
Wearing closed shoes without laces compulsory
· Do not enter a rapid before the preceding boat has cleared the passage
* In the event of loss or breakage of equipment, the lessee will be billed for:
1 broken paddle blade: € 10
1 lost vest: 20 €
1 boat broken in tip: 40 €
Broken deck or hull: 60 €
To limit the risk of breakage or loss, you must avoid: paddle battles, pushing yourself with the paddles in gravel and branches, jumping standing in or on the boat.
2. General conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by SARL CEZE CANOES with a capital of 10,000 euros whose registered office is located at 14 bis route de Pont St Esprit, 30630 Goudargues, France, registered with the trade and companies register of Nîmes under number 53040830100014 hereinafter referred to as CEZE CANOES and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.ceze-canoes.fr referred to below as the buyer ”.
Purpose These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between CEZE CANOES, the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.ceze-canoes.fr, whether the buyer is professional or consumer . The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale. Withdrawal
You are informed that, in application of article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, all the Services offered are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in articles L. 121- 20 and following of the Consumer Code in the field of distance selling. As a result, the Services ordered on the CEZE CANOES Site are subject to the cancellation and modification conditions provided for in these General Conditions. In the event of cancellation of the service, CEZE CANOES reserves the right to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, within 30 days at the latest following the date of withdrawal.
Payment terms
The price is payable when ordering. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through the secure system ÉCM -CCI which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware of it during transport on the network. The buyer's account will be debited upon validation of the order. Modification / Cancellation The reservation made online is valid for the date and time reserved, it may be modified or canceled:
1) by the customer subject to the following conditions: Whatever the reason (change of route, time of departure or arrival, number of people, date, boat ...) the modification requested must be sent to us by e-mail: cezecanoes@gmail.com at the latest 48 hours before departure mentioned the reservation and can only be effective within the limit of available places. If this modification leads to an additional price the difference will be paid at our reception before departure. If the modification results in a price reduction or a total refund, the amount may:

· Be the subject of a credit note valid for the current season, valid for all of our services by the service provider
The service provider :
If for safety reasons: flood, weather or other conditions the service provider is forced to cancel the service, he will inform the customer as soon as possible and will issue a full refund.
Responsibility The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
Intellectual property All the elements of the CEZE CANOES site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of CEZE CANOES. The computerized registers of V. will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Settlement of disputes These conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of NIMES, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or call in warranty.
